Let your child ignite their natural curiosity through the power of play in an awe-inspiring environment! Each camp will have the opportunity to engage in specific programming topics for the group. Opportunities for exploration of the Museum environment and programs will be a part of each experience.
The CMSM Community Room will be "Camp Central" and campers will be able to engage together as a group in that space for directly supervised experiences created for each camp.
The Children’s Museum of Southern Minnesota education team consists of highly qualified and trained program educators. The team is lead by Minnesota Licensed Educators. These educators work closely to imagine and facilitate experiences that are engaging, unique, developmentally appropriate and fun for the campers.
Time: 1:00-4:30 P.M. each day
Age Groups: Current Kindergarten-Third graders
Cost: $45.00 Each Day. Registration will be separate for each day.

September 18: Imagineering Challenge - Imagine, Dream, & Create!
October 9: Kids Rock! - Rocks, gems, fossils, and minerals exploration
November 13: Slime Time - Messy fun at CMSM!
December 11: Robotics Lab - Participants will learn about robots and robotic technology through fun, hands-on activities.
January 8: Forts Frenzy - Join us in this epic experience of fort building fun with loose parts and natural materials!
February 12: Art For All - This experience will provide opportunities for artistic exploration combined with open-ended, imagination-based art experiences.
March 12: Solve It! - Do you have a child who loves to solve puzzles, riddles, and figure out mysteries? Join us for an afternoon of sleuthing!
April 9: Ooey Gooey Messy Fun - Pop, fizzle, mix, and create in this hands-on exploration time.
May 14: Nature Lab - We will be celebrating the start of summer in our outdoor learning environment. Campers will develop their sense of wonder as they are surrounded by nature and natural elements that they can explore and create with.
